The countdown is on: In a few days EPPOG Masterclasses 2010 will start. Final instructions have been sent out to the organizers and can also be found here.

Preparations for Masterclasses 2010 are in full swing. We are expecting record participant numbers: 87 institutes have signed in. In addition nine institutes will hold local Masterclasses without video conference. The final schedule is available as .pdf-file

The EVO support team is conducting final EVO tests from March 2nd to 5th. Results can be seen as .pdf and .xls file.

The official EVO test sessions are finished. Results can be found as .pdf and .xls file. Institutes marked green have passed the test. Additional tests with improved setup are needed for those marked yellow. "No connection on schedule" or "not meeting the requirements" is shown in red.
Passing the EVO test is mandatory for participation in the Masterclasses video conferences. Therefore the EVO support team has agreed to conduct additional tests with those who have not yet passed the test. Dates will be from March 2nd to 5th, according to the schedule.

All institutes not meeting the EVO video linkup requirements will not be allowed to take part in the international Masterclass video conference.

The EVO linkup tests for the Masterclasses 2009 will be conducted from Feb. 2nd to Feb. 10th. The current schedule for the test sessions is available here as .pdf-file. We strongly recommend to introduce to the EVO technology beforehand.

The preparation of the EPPOG Masterclasses 2009 has already started. Masterclasses 2009 will take place from March 16th to April 3rd. The first circular questionnaire (for download: .txt-file, .email) was distributed to institutes that already participated in 2008. Applying Participants for 2009 are asked to return the filled-out questionnaire until September 26th, 2008.

The results from the global analysis of all questionnaires from 2007 is now available under Masterclass->Organisation->Evaluation
