2) Video Conference Practice Sessions

In 2010, we conducted preliminary EVO tests from January 11th to January 13th, see schedule. Here are the results as .pdf-file
The tests have to be performed by the participants with exactly the same equipment and in exactly the same room as the real event. Before the test, please read the test requirements (.pdf file), and make sure that you are equipped with an echo-cancelling device.

You can get email support for all inquiries concerning the tests and technical issues of EVO. The mail should be sent to the EVO test coordinator at CERN
